We can come out to your property or you can send photos into our company and for a small price we can send you out a fair market adjustment of your damaged property.
Public Adjusting Services
If you feel that you haven't received enough money from your insurance company you can hire a public adjuster to help you with your claim. A public adjuster will adjust your property and fight for every penny that you are owed usually for a small percentage of the money fought for and won. Public Adjusters usually don't except money unless they settle the claim. At Dallas Roofing Estimates we take a customer-centric approach to everything we do. Our Legal Expertise
From time to time the public adjuster doesn't settle the claim and we need to use an attorney to lend a helping hand. This is a rare occasion but it happens from time to time. We are ready for it if you need to use an attorney to settle your property claim we have a handful of attorneys who are experienced in the subject and will be more than happy to help for a small fee.
Roofing Installation Services
Dallas Roofing Estimates gives our customers two prices. First the property owner will receive an insurance price for their roof at fair market value and the property will receive a cash price for the roof. The Insurance Price is generally a lot higher than the cash price.
The reason for this is because in an insurance claim the proceeds are divided into two sums of money. The first check is given to the property owner for the contractor to start and finance the job. The second check or the recoverable deprecation check will be sent to the property owner after the job is completed and the contractor has sent in the final invoice to the insurance company.
If the Property owner can't find a roofing company to install the roof at the cash price given to the property owner by Dallas Roof Estimates. D.R.E. will install the roof for the cash price and will give the homeowner a 2 year warranty on the installation and a what ever the manufacture warranty.
